I liked the size/lightweight/ease of use. However, returned it because I thought it had a lighted keyboard. It did not If a lighted keyboard is optional for you, then this lap top is great

I purchased this for mywife and thus far, this laptop performs admirably. The sound is a lot better than her previous laptop. This was a key point in my choosing this brand and model. The only thing I found a bit annoying is the touch screen. Not that there is anything wrong, it's just that I forget it is a "touch" screen and I sometimes touch it and get unexpected results. Certainlt NOT a dealbreaker. It is vey clear for most video playback. Also it'a very lightweight. This is a plus as my wife has arthritis and moving her older, heavier laptop could be painful. All on all, I wouldrecommend thisfor the average user, like my wife ( e-mail, shopping, general internet browzing,etc.).

It's larger and heavier than the Lenova model I had previously, but it performs well. It has more features than my previous computer, is faster, and has more memory. I'm pleased with the upgrade.

Good basic Chromebook for the price. Nice screen size. No fancy features like touch screen, but that's okay if you're looking for the basics. If you have kids, you know the screen stays much cleaner if it's not a touch screen. I got this for my middle school daughter. She's been using it for a couple of months with no complaints -- streaming Netflix and having zoom meetings, etc. Whenever I look at it, she's always streaming a show and has about twenty tabs open, so I'd say it's totally sufficient for everyday web use. A Chromebook is still not a full Windows PC replacement for me, but I'm giving it five stars for being good at what it sets out to do at a good price.

Light weight, durable and have fast processes for office work. You can talk to cotana like google, alexa built in and i think you can put mobile service on it because it has a hotspot button

So far this laptop has been wonderful! The screen is beautiful/clear hd. Sound is great! I love the touch screen feature. It is also lightweight which is a plus for my school backpack.

A lot of value for the money, especially with the touch screen. It seems to be ruggedly made. All in all, a very nice affordable laptop.

I’ve had this laptop for a few years and it still works like new. Honestly it’s really nice to have and I haven’t had any issues with it.

I purchased this as a temporary laptop since I was in great need of something and was maybe open to the idea of keeping it but decided on returning it. I purchased the three year warranty on it and was denied a return even with the receipt. Not even the manager at the location could offer me a solution because they said that the “system would not accept it since they no longer had this model”, the battery would and still does drain very quickly. I wouldn’t buy it again and don’t recommend it personally.

This computer is extremely user friendly, fast, and efficient. It was recommended by a Best Buy salesperson who showed me how to use it before the purchase. Great buying experience!

I love my lenveno laptop it does exactly what I need it to do’ I can do all the paperwork for our business and do my college classes virtual and everything runs smoothly!

I like my new Lenovo. The screen is very clear and sharp. I like the fact that I can change the color and size of my pointer. I kept loss my pointer until I found I could change it. I have used a mouse since they made computers for the home. I am working on using the little pad to move my curser. I hope to figure out how to move the page up since I no longer have a mouse to work with. Over all this is a good computer. I would buy it again. I like looking and finding how to work things on it instead of ready the instructions. I just found the button to close my camera. I like the speed which is much faster than my old computer.

This laptop lasted me about 3 years. It is good for the price I purchased it for. It is now too slow for my usage and the battery dies relevantly quick. After 3 hours of using it, it’s dead. I’m a college student so I have to carry my charger with me to every class now since it doesn’t last much. The screws underneath are now falling off and I have to constantly put it back in. This might just be my wear and tear, but now I need an upgrade.

This is excellent, FOR WHAT IT IS. My wife uses it for Zoom, Discord, Roll20, MS Office, and various other light home amd work tasks. It excels at that stuff. Good camera, good speakers, trackpad is responsive, and easy to setup. I used it too, and did a little audio recording in addition to normal tasks. It worked, though it would not be a system I'd recommend for intensive AV processing. But if what you want is a good system for home use, at a low price point, I'd say this is an exceptionally good choice.

I’ve been using it for over a year now and it’s been a great choice. Using it for accounting and personal ventures. Color looks great and the keyboard is easy to type on.

Sleek, attractive, starts up fast, and not too heavy. For this price point, it is a very good deal. The touch screen is a great feature. Overall, very happy and would recommend.

I love this laptop. My granddaughter broke my other laptop and this was a great find and a great price. Light weight and so easy to set up. Well worth the price

Everything I needed, just wanted a good quality basic laptop and so far it’s been great…. Don’t need much more than this… at least for me
