Pretty awesome laptop

From the moment we started the set up it was obvious pretty smooth. Super fast when it comes to internet browsing and other regular tasks. Battery life is pretty good and probably could last even longer when dimming brightness. First time owner of a Lenovo laptop and pretty impressed with it.

One application causes it to apparently overheat crashing to blue screen of death errors, The application was the one reason I purchased this to use so my other systems are not tied up. It seems to occur only when running the one specific program. Maybe a windows issue rather than a hardware issue was going to return but not worth the hassle

The Lenovo is a big improvement in terms of speed. And as a Senior Citizen, I like the large keys. I will hook it up to a 24" monitor since I don't need to transport it anywhere. It does what I need it to do without taking up the space of a tower.

It’s processor is quite fast and does a great job on handling daily task. My only grip is the safe mode feature that comes pre installed preventing third party installations. The safe can be turned off if you choose. Overall, no regrets with this brand of laptop.

I gave five stars to Best Buy, they did a good job selling me the laptop then taking it back, as directed by Lenovo...they told me to return it to the store. The price was Great, but it would not sync to my internet, it kept going backward during set up, a real mess.
