I gave five stars to Best Buy, they did a good job selling me the laptop then taking it back, as directed by Lenovo...they told me to return it to the store. The price was Great, but it would not sync to my internet, it kept going backward during set up, a real mess.

I've got it all and then some with this laptop! Its loaded with Windows 11, I have control over the appearance of the screen's imagery, as well as the sound quality, be it stereo or mono!

It starts quickly, opens photos with minimal delay and doesn’t get locked up with disk usage pegged at 100% for minutes on end. Also, I like the touchscreen and the backlight keyboard. I think it was a good value.

I give it 5 out or 5 stars because everything works as it should. I like the touch screen, and it does everything I need it to do. I've got MS office going on it, as well as several legacy programs (including Eudora for email), and they all work well on the installed Windows 11.

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. I had an All-In-One Lenovo Desktop that worked great for seven years, but it was time to replace it. The laptop has worked very well and the setup was a breeze. It is very quiet and you can also adjust the fan's frequency. The laptop boots up fast and is ready to go in less than a minute.

I love the light weight design, ease of use, and the picture quality. I use it daily for media streaming and video conferencing. Every once in awhile the system will go into sleep mode and then I'll have to shut it down before restarting.

Nice bright screen *Matte* for no fingerprints (if you use the touch feature) and it has the right amount of (minimum) Ram needed for a Windows machine. I would never go under 12 gbs ram for any Windows PC. Nice fit and finish as well very well constructed, solid, and light to boot. A sure Winner for the price running a fast Core i5 that is more than able to handle the everyday multitasking laptop user. You may ask what are my qualifications to make these assertions. Well, I am A "Microsoft Solution Specialist in the Dynamics 365 Stack I Cybersecurity Services Specialist I Managed IT Services Specialist I Manufacturing Solution Specialist as well.

It took me a few days to get able to use it without wondering what to push next, but it is SO fast compared to my old laptop that I wonder why I didn't get it years ago! However, I'm still getting used to the pad not having the two sides for clicks. I admit that I haven't read the manual but that'll come. The touch screen is responsive. I can have several tabs open as well as different programs, and no loss of speed. Power button blinks when low on battery, so I like that.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.
