Had to replace a 7 y/o Lenovo that took a beating and died. Glad I found this one at a great price at Best Buy. Light considering it’s size and fingerprint for if makes it a quick login. Love it!

Not havig a laptop for several years I was lost as to what to purchase. Finding something for personal and small business use without breaking the bank seemed impossible. That is until I found this gem. Touch screen capabilities, fast processor and crisp screen.

Best Buy came through in the clutch with a fantastic sale price with just a week to go before the holiday! The laptop arrived in time for Christmas and we just love it! It's fast and the backlit keyboard is a great feature.

Good but had one issue

Frustrating to have any issue the first time you boot-up your new computer. I can just clear the error, but the app doesn't work and the error pops up every time the computer restarts.

Another reviewer said it doesn't have a back lit keyboard, but it does. You have to hit the Fn (function) key + space bar, and the same to use the Home, PgUp, PgDn & End keys.

This model ships with a Backlit, English (US) Version, standard QWERTY keyboard, with 10-key numeric pad included. To active the keyboard backlighting, hold down the Fn Key and tap the Spacebar at the same time: Once to turn on the backlighting, twice to increase the backlight intensity and three times to turn off the backlighting.

But this laptop seems of good quality, and it’s fast, and good looking to boot! It’s also got both USB-c and USB3 ports, which is a plus. Didn’t test the battery life yet, so gave that 3 stars.
