His favorite feature is the audio, followed closely by the quality of the video. And, it's so much faster, 12GB Memory and 256GB SSD, than the computer it's replacing. Works great as a stationary laptop (not moved around a lot) as I noticed a couple of small cracks to the body after few months of use. Will beat up easily by the looks of it if moved around a lot.

Being a non-gamer, doing work from home, web surfing, 12gb of ram is buttery smooth, and a 15 inch screen is a big plus. Have to buy external hard drive to compensate for 256gb of storage though.

Finger print log in, touch screen etc. The design is a good combination of size and weight. I carry it from location to location often and the battery life allows me to leave me power cord at one location only.

Good laptop for all general purpose use

Set screen brightness at 75% and tilt slightly back a little further than normal to correct washed out appearance. Battery life is running at about 7 hrs. with intermittent use. I did shut down all unnecessary apps from running in the background in the settings. I'm not a fan of Windows 10 s-mode which limits the user to apps from the Microsoft Store. You can switch to win. 10 home for free which does not require this limitation

For $8.00 additional dollars I decided to buy a Lenovo for the first time. This laptop is quite amazing for the money I paid for it and I have 4 more gigs of ram than the Microsoft laptop. It's quick and the built in Lenovo utilities have kept this thing running beautifully. I'm stunned at how well it cleans up files and addresses any issue developing quickly. Lenovo is an excellent product line. I'm a fan now and will buy nothing but Lenovo whenever possible unless I have a specific need this manufacturer can't help me with, which by the way, I don't think will happen. Buy this laptop with complete confidence it'll get the job done. I hope this helps you in making a decision. PeaCe!

This laptop has specs way beyond its price tag. 12GB RAM, Core I% 11th Gen, touchscreen. The only grip is the small SSD but you can upgrade with a bigger SSD for less than $50.00 which I already did. I really recommend it!

The touch screen is a nice option, and the display is good. I got this laptop as a Christmas gift for a college student, and she loves it. Although Ryzen is all the rage, the 11th Gen core i5 is no slouch. And for a staffer working from home and close to power all the time, this is a solid performer. The screen isn’t glossy but still nice. Streaming has not been issue at all. For the price it was an awesome deal. The only things is the battery life. On streaming it lasts just a few hours.

This model ships with a Integrated 45Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this model configuration, has a battery life of up to 7 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
