Now if I can just figure out how to work it. Only bad experience I had was when I purchased the computer I asked if there was any printers on sale and the adviser told me there was nothing on sale and it was over priced so I took his word for it and went home and started looking online. Well low and behold if I would have purchased the printer I wanted on the same invoice I would have saved $100. Computer is amazing,customer service is mediocre

The backlit keyboard is a plus. Unfortunately, I returned it as one of the two USB ports failed immediately, cited as not connected. To repair it requires that it be shipped to the manufacturer for two weeks. If there is a lesson here, check the hardware before loading anything or setting it up with your stuff. Had I done that, I would have saved myself the hassle of uninstalling software.

Vast improvement over what i was using.

The battery had a short life that went from 40% to zero in a heart beat. It also seemed like it took 10-20 minuted to boot and load a program This pc has shown to have a long battery life and boot to problem load is incredibly quick. I am testing out windows 11 in S mode but don't know if i will change or not. The hard drive was a concern but i have an external hard drive that i plan on supplimenting the internal drive. Would reccomend to someone with similar needs.

If you are having issues with your fingerprint reader, first be sure you have setup the fingerprint reader correctly within Windows 11. Here is a YouTube video that demonstrates setting up the fingerprint reader within Windows 11: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BO6mKq2w5vA. Now that you have your fingerprint reader setup, here's a tip for making your fingerprint reader work every time: Try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.
