No issues and works very well for a laptop of this price range. The onlt negative is the storage space is a little limited. But being solid state drive, dont expect a lot in this price range

It has everything that I wanted except for no optical drive but good luck finding one that has one these days. The price was awesome when it was ran on sale before Christmas too. I'm a very happy camper!

Are used a massive XL files and the extra ram comes with it is very helpful but the access to the hard drive is astounding! I am very happy with my purchases

About 5 minutes after I got home, Microsoft was off (aka hard drive reformatted) and something faster, easier, prettier, and more flexible was installed (aka XeroLinux).

The system wants to run on Microsoft and control the system. Was Set up on a Outlook.com which I did not install but was a hassle to by-pass.

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. This is the second Lenovo Ideapad we have purchased for in office use. The only complaint is the printer app/interface with our Epson printers, it is pretty buggy and have issues with being able to scan.

Now if it was actually in stock at the store as the Best Buy Ad seemed to imply, this would have been 5 stars. It did arrive 2 weeks later, so all’s well that ends well.

I can’t download most of the free games -neither could the Geek Squad. Lenovo wants me to pay extra for them to fix the software -not. A little pricey just to get emails.

The battery is very good, screen is good. It does everything I want done with a PC - internet, spreadsheets and other programs load fast and do not crash.

Would have given it 5 stars except I that it is unable to recognize HDMI from a docking station. Made sure all updates were completed and tried two different docking stations, with no luck. Otherwise no complaints.
