Not the fastest but gets the job done for the price. Comes with Windows 11 unfortunately.

Great for a budget laptop. Feels like it’s an expensive machine. The 12 gigs of ram make this a fast laptop, and the backlit keyboard is really convenient when you don’t wanna turn on the lights when using in bed. I don’t download or save a lot of things so the 256 gig hard drive is plenty. I’ve always liked Lenovo laptops and they continue to impress.

Bought this for my son who mostly just plays games and watches videos, (for now...) but the screen is super crisp and clear, and there is ZERO lag on anything he is doing (Roblox...not high end games though). My one gripe is Windows 11-which is not really a gripe with the machine itself, thus the 5 stars. Specs: 12 GB of RAM so it handles anything he's thrown at it with ease 256 GB SSD is realistically not much at all these days for a kid that will be putting more games on there but for now it will suffice Core i5 will handle any processing likely to be thrown at it for a while I would like to see a few more ports for connectivity. There are only 2 usb ports, so once you connect a mouse that only leave one port for extended storage (see previous comment about SSD capacity). Screen is very nice. Bright but doesn't burn your eyes out, colors are natural. HDMI port to connect a 2nd monitor if/when the desire arises. Keyboard is well spaced so he should be able to continue to grow with it too. Have yet to test battery life as he stays at his desk while playing...so 'incomplete' for that grade. Overall a very capable machine and came at a nice holiday price as well so a good value at time of purchase.

I bought this model as a gift for my mother who is not an everyday "savvy" computer user. This is not a 2-in-1 device, but it does have a touch screen display. You can't flip the keyboard all the way around behind the screen like a Yoga model. I opted for this model as my mother would use the touchscreen but not likely flip the unit into a pure tablet mode like a Yoga. LOW COST - LOW PRICE This model is considered a lower cost model as compared to a Yoga. It possesses lower cost materials and is a lower end laptop for the price. The case is plastic instead of aluminum. This touch-screen display is not as bright and vibrant as a Lenovo Yoga, nor is it made of glass. One advantage to having a dull display is that it does not reflect lights as bad as a Yoga glass display. THE GOOD: It has 12 GB RAM with Intel 11th Gen i5 - Nice Price Point THE BAD: My primary complaint is the AC adapter and plug are very cheap. AC power is a single unit (Not a Brick 2 piece format) amd has very thin wiring. The AC plug appears to be old format that sticks out some when plugged into the side of the laptop, which could be bumped and broken in the future if not handled gently. The power plug type is not USB-C like most new laptops. If you or the person you are buying it for doesn't care about the cheap AC Adapter and the lower cost - lower price point model, I would recommend it. But if this laptop was for me personally, I would not recommend it.

Great buy! I bought this computer for church and I have not have any problem.

I do the majority of my work on the Lenovo Ideapad. I have a Surface Go 2 and Lenovo Duet 5. While the Surface and Duet are functional, the Ideapad is more comfortable to use for larger tasks and projects. The Core i5 is snappy, the display and keyboard are good. SSD is a little small. Overall I'm happy with this offering from Lenovo.

Worth it for the $$. Son's using it for college with no issues.

The Lenovo laptop is very fast and light. The light weight makes it much easier to carry around as compared to my very old Lenovo. My old Lenovo was unable to upgrade to Windows 11 which this model comes with it so do not have to worry about upgrading my old machine. Love the back lit keyboard, touch screen and very nice touch keyboard.

Excellent laptop for the price, especially when purchased on sale. Laptop colors are great and so is brightness. Good for lite gaming, school work, and isn't too heavy. Better value than the zenbook 15 with the ryzen 7 and 8mb, except doesn't feel quite as sturdy. Would recommend the ideapad 3 for anyone doing school work.

so far so good the price is the best . I had been shopping to replace my idea pad 330 I had it for few years still working but slow, its 64gb, 4 gb, pentium....... this is a great price for i5 processpr, 12 gb memory, and 256 well in two month had not find this deal and I still do not see anything cheap + touch screen . Lenovo its my brand .

Since I am technically inept when it comes to specifying purchases of this sort, I had my IT guy do it. While it took some doing from a professional to set it up, it's a great computer. The touch feel of the keyboard is great. And overall it seems to work much faster than my old laptop, which could barely handle modern-day webpages.

Very pleased with this laptop so far. Good sized SSD hard drive, decent memory, and an excellent touch screen! I can't really ask for much more for the price I paid. My Dell touch screen broke after just 6 months of normal use, and they wouldn't honor the warranty. I'll stick with Lenovo from now on. I will never buy another Dell...

Works great. Really like the lit up keyboard, and touch screen feature. Very light at well. I am not a big fan of the new style mouse pads as they don't have actual raised buttons to right and left click, but most laptops are going that direction now. The left bottom and right bottom of the touch pad still depress unlike some other newer ones. Will just get some getting used to.

Definitely good for school work or anything else other than gaming. I knew it wouldn’t be anything special but it could barely run even the most simple games. But that was my fault, I didn’t do much research before purchasing.
