Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop. This Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 82H801DQUS, ships with Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Operating System installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Then about 2 months later I couldn't use my fingerprint, fine I don't really care. THEN recently for the past few months, it won't turn on, and then I have to enter an annoying BitLocker code, power button doesn't work when it won't turn on. I'm stuck sitting here for 20 minutes trying to turn it back on and looking up everything, and still nothing. I'm tired of having to sit here pushing the power button multiple times just to turn it back on. It was a waste of money. Lenovo you've left a bad taste in my mouth.
