Works excellent and easy to use it help my child with his online classes

A good laptop for the price-point. It's quick, lightweight, has good screen resolution and perfect specs for what it's used for primarily work and school. Probably doesn't have enough horsepower for serious gaming but it will run classics (Think Morrowind or Oblivion, possibly Skyrim) just fine.

My wife has enjoyed her computer. She uses it for Graduate School.

So far, the laptop has been excellent. I use it every day and have not had a problem.

Nice laptop for general use, surfing the web, watching videos etc. Really like the touch screen feature. Slim and compact makes it easy to store in a drawer if needed. Only had it for about a month, but so far so good. Definitely recommend this laptop.

After a 2 weeks of use this is a great little laptop. Start up is pretty quick and runs great. My only issue is screen as a soft color vs. a vivid color. Touch screen is responisive no problems, the laptop is extrememly light. Overall good machine and would definitely recommend for light work use or for basic student.

It works great for Athletic Training with the portability and ease of use.

I bought this laptop in 2022 for $350 during the back-to-school sales. After seeing its beautiful almond color and lightweight design, I couldn't resist; however, it's a good thing it was on sale because it's not worth its original $550 price. I didn't start to have issues until I was 6 months in. The battery life was noticeably short (lasted for about 3 hours originally and now can only last 1-1 1/2). Then, another 6 months went by, and I started having sticky keys---so sticky to the point where I had to remove the keys and use alcohol (I didn't eat on this laptop). This dislike is most likely from its lifted key design, but still, keep this kind of stuff in mind. Another 6 months went by, and the right side of the touchpad began to sink. It would do this infrequently so I ignored it (bad decision). Now, it doesn't come up at all and that region of the touchpad is not usable. Overall, when buying a computer, be stingy with your money! A computer priced at half a thousand dollars shouldn't be having issues that interfere with the functionality of the device. I wish I had been more proactive about these beginning concerns, but sadly I was only a high school student. Also, I could've just been unlucky and received a defective one :(.

I bought this new laptop with Windows 11 only because H&R Block and Turbo Tax software no longer supports Windows 7. I love Windows 7, but I have to file my tax returns, too, so I bought this laptop. I immediately found this this laptop (and most new laptops) do not have a port for an Ethernet connector cable. I had to briefly enable wireless access (which I consider insecure) on my router, in order to download the tax software. I couldn't install the software because of Microsoft's (stupid) "S Mode". S Mode only allows software purchased from the Microsoft store, which does not carry tax software. Therefore, I had to delete S Mode in order to run my tax software. Finally, I was able to file my taxes. I put the laptop back in the box it came in until next year, when I will use it to file taxes again. All this drama, just so I could file my taxes. I hate Windows 11 - but it's a necessary evil, since tax software providers no longer support Windows 7. Four stars because 1) No Ethernet port, and 2) Win 11 is annoying. All else works well.
