Covering most of your daily computing tasks. Very good for office tasks and web browsing. I got it for my kids to learn coding with it. The price was very appealing and the specifications are not bad either. I like the full keyboard layout, the touch screen (I didn't notice it when I purchased it) and has a good battery life. Has enough USB ports. I don't complain about the Ethernet port. If I need it, I can use the USB-3 to Ethernet adapter that I have around. The discounted price makes this laptop a very good computer to have. Few days later I got another one (last in stock) as I was really amazed by how smooth and nice it works. By the way, if you have any of the Apple computer screens, you may not like any other computer screen after that. It is just because Apple overdid it compared to others. After a while you will get used to the regular computers screen resolution. If you can find one with the "Open Box" price, don't hesitate. Just go and grab it!

Its fast speed makes it even better when surfing the internet. Its very thin and light. Easy to carry. The battery has lasted at least 8 hours - not continuously used. The storage seems to be ok so far. Great price point. I would definitely recommend it.

Needed something updated for more serious work-from-home activities and this is perfect for my needs. Great price on sale and was able to pick it up quickly from my local store with no problems. Should suit my needs for a long time.

The first one lasted 11 years and still works. This new one is blazing fast from power on to login takes about 7 seconds. Only thing I don't like is windows 11, but that is Microsoft not Lennovo

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. I only paid $301 for this laptop, so the price will influence my review. For the price, this is a fantastic laptop. While it probably won't play new AAA game titles very well, it does the tasks that most people do regularly, very well. I can have over 20 tabs open on chrome without any slowdown, the graphics, are capable enough for light to moderate gaming. The 8 GB of memory allows for multiple tasks being done at the same time. There are three USB ports as well as an HDMI Port. My only port gripe is the SD Card port is one of those, where when you insert the card, it only goes it halfway, with the rest sticking out the side of the laptop. A minor gripe. It has a plastic body and thus, doesn't feel premium....but to be honest, it doesn't bother me. Overall a good, solid midrange laptop. If that is what you are looking for, this is a good choice; especially when on sale!

Portable and cool looking. It's price can't be beat. Keyboard has plenty of travel number pad. It has decent speakers, and a clear camera as well. This laptop is a must have.

Plenty of ports. Battery life is not great but the light indicating it's time to plug in to power is helpful. I like the camera toggle on/off feature. Comes with Windows 11. Super easy to adapt to from Win 10.

This model configuration ships with a Integrated 35Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this model configuration, has a battery life of up to 6 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery Charge Threshold is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. You can turn off Battery Charge Threshold within the Lenovo Vantage APP installed on this computer. In Vantage select Battery Settings and turn off Battery Charge Threshold, if turned on. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 11 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://websiteforstudents.com/how-to-find-what-is-running-in-windows-11/. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

I found the setup to be quite easy, most of it was automatic through Windows and Google accounts. I barely had to do anything. I have never had a touch screen pc. Now I can't be without it. Makes navigation so much easier.
