I also use it for school and it works great.

Windows 10 would have been better, The touch screen was exactly what I wanted. It was a great advantage to have the contents of my old computer transferred to this one with no effort at all. I am very computer unsavvy, and depend on my computer for the games I play and to keep my family and friends close by with social media. My Lenovo may just be this great grandpa's best friend .

Great value-priced laptop

However, when comparing the two, Lenovo was a better deal for just a few dollars more. The laptop is somewhere between basic and great. The speed is good enough for doing basic word processing and internet searching. The screen resolution isn't the same as my Macbook or high-end PC laptops, but it's good enough. Overall, I like the laptop and think it is a good deal for the price and specs.
