When not on the charger, the battery stays up for quite a while, since I do my college assignments and homework on it mostly. I would recommend this computer without a doubt. Big enough screen, very fast and stays up to date always, and is very efficient.

I had an old Lenovo that I enjoyed so I knew I wanted to get the same brand. I use my computer for nursing school and really enjoy the touch screen, everything loads fast, the color quality is great, and the camera works great. I like the privacy cover for the camera as well. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on Cyber Monday for a Christmas present, I was not pleased that it came preinstalled with Windows 11 and will not actually load without an internet connection and Microsoft account. To install windows 10 I had to go to lenovos website and download all chipset drivers and load them into windows 10 installer and shut off bios raid just to get windows 10 to see the drive. inside it has some built in ram and a single upgrade ram slot. it is DDR4 but it only accepts a very few pieces of ram. it has a 2.5inch HDD cage installed but no cabling and the board does not have the connectors to add later. after installing windows 10 it auto found all the drivers and did not ask for authentication by itself. After that little headache, the laptop itself is pretty good. feels sturdy, boots fast and feels fast. battery life feels good, tho i have not fully tested the time. overall after the windows 11 removal and windows 10 install, this laptop is decent budget laptop that is good for all daily task and videos. but do not expect to play anything more then browsers games on it.

Posted .This Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81X800ENUS, ships with Windows 11 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System factory installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. If you choose to switch out of S-Mode for Windows 11 Home: Here is a link to instructions for switching from Windows 11 S-Mode to Windows 11 Home: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode. After seeing its beautiful almond color and lightweight design, I couldn't resist; however, it's a good thing it was on sale because it's not worth its original $550 price. I didn't start to have issues until I was 6 months in. The battery life was noticeably short (lasted for about 3 hours originally and now can only last 1-1 1/2). Then, another 6 months went by, and I started having sticky keys---so sticky to the point where I had to remove the keys and use alcohol (I didn't eat on this laptop). This dislike is most likely from its lifted key design, but still, keep this kind of stuff in mind. Another 6 months went by, and the right side of the touchpad began to sink. It would do this infrequently so I ignored it (bad decision). Now, it doesn't come up at all and that region of the touchpad is not usable. Overall, when buying a computer, be stingy with your money! A computer priced at half a thousand dollars shouldn't be having issues that interfere with the functionality of the device. I wish I had been more proactive about these beginning concerns, but sadly I was only a high school student. Also, I could've just been unlucky and received a defective one :(.

It has all the ports you’d need on a laptop to connect gadgets or SD cards etc. Lots of storage. Only con I had is it’s slow start up and connectivity to internet or just basic apps. Def would recommend if you’re looking for a great basic computer with storage space. If you get on sale even better deal.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81X800KLUS. This IdeaPad 3 15 will boot from off to the Windows 11 Login screen in less than 20 seconds. The IdeaPad 3 15 ships with high speed 2x2 802.11ax frequency WiFi-6 capability built in, which is also backward compatible to older a/b/g/n/ac frequency WiFi. If you are getting slower boot times and internet connection speeds, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.
