Shipped with Windows 11 which has which has restrictions regarding non Microsoft products, Turning off S mode is required to load them but then it supposedly can't be turned on again. Big headache. Still using my old laptop for now until I have time to straighten things out. Everything else seems good, (speed, graphics, sound, etc.)

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81X800KLUS. This model ships with Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Operating System installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. This model also ships with a standard QWERTY keyboard with 10-Key Numeric Pad included. The battery goes dead after two uses. It is cheap plastic garbage, spend more money and buy something else. If you buy it, plan on leaving the monitor on its dimmest setting. It is barely sufficient for doing basic MS office stuff and web browsing. it's useless plastic junk.
