When you rest your palms on the area below the buttons, the laptop is wobbly. If they can make a more sturdy laptop, it would be better.

There is no crisp green or red. This is a major negative aspect but one to point out. However, the laptop is fast and powerful. It is quiet, thin, light, and well built. The 8Go of RAM is what I consider a minimum but enough to run programs and browse the web. I understand I can return it for a full refund in the coming weeks and if I do that it would be because of the display which is really sub par.

After a bit of learning to use Windows 11, eveything has gone very well. Love the touch screen.

I had my own antivirus and had to get technical support to remove the antivirus as well as the free version of office 365. The Lenovo could not find my printer/ scanner which required additional support to make it functional.

Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. There is a 30-day trial of both McAfee Virus Protection Software and Microsoft Office 365, which is included as part of the Windows 11 S-Mode operating system. To keep the programs active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. To install your own 3rd party Virus Protection Software, first, uninstall McAfee, as there can only be one active VPS package on the computer. Had to replace a 2yr old dell product with hardware failure. Hoping the components in this are more robust, but time will tell. Once you disable S-mode it's a great machine!

The price was right and it is capable of all our needs for the time being. The quality seems ok even though the build feels a little questionable. I don't think it would suit for proffesional use, but for students is just perfect.

It was easy to setup and has Windows 11 in S mode which makes it work easier with Microsoft Apps. It is easy to convert it to regular Windows 11. The computer is great for what my sister uses it for. We added Microsoft 365 which has many features.

straight to repair place

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it for a business trip, but when i recieved it and opened it up it had a steady popping noise from the computer. i contacted bestbuy and they said i could send it back but i couldn't cauase then i won't have a computer for my trip, anyways it had no service on my trip i get home contact best buy see if i can get store credit for the computer aned everyone was like yes you can. WRONG after 15 day after you buy anything from best buy you cant get your money back so beware. so i have had it for a month and used it about an hour just to set it up and it sits in the repair shop for another 2 weeks. so would i buy it again NO, how good does it work ask the repair shop they have had more time with it then me.
