I first ordered from Amazon, but the quality of the laptop made it impossible for this teen to use (it was refurbished, and the SD Card was not working). I had her pack up the laptop to be returned, and I ordered her a new laptop online through your website. This was seamless from the moment I ordered it, through pickup. Granted, I live in the Midwest, and the teen lives in the SF Bay Area, but I couldn't have asked for a better service or experience! The new college student is quite pleased with her laptop, and she's been using it non-stop since she picked it up. I can't thank Best Buy enough for your help!

This is the 2nd Lenovo laptop in 3 years to stop charging after a several months. Will not buy this brand again
