I love my computer. It has been absolutely amazing and helpful with my designing.

I bought this new laptop with Windows 11 only because H&R Block and Turbo Tax software no longer supports Windows 7. I love Windows 7, but I have to file my tax returns, too, so I bought this laptop. I immediately found this this laptop (and most new laptops) do not have a port for an Ethernet connector cable. I had to briefly enable wireless access (which I consider insecure) on my router, in order to download the tax software. I couldn't install the software because of Microsoft's (stupid) "S Mode". S Mode only allows software purchased from the Microsoft store, which does not carry tax software. Therefore, I had to delete S Mode in order to run my tax software. Finally, I was able to file my taxes. I put the laptop back in the box it came in until next year, when I will use it to file taxes again. All this drama, just so I could file my taxes. I hate Windows 11 - but it's a necessary evil, since tax software providers no longer support Windows 7. Four stars because 1) No Ethernet port, and 2) Win 11 is annoying. All else works well.

Very good working laptop. Covering most of your daily computing tasks. Very good for office tasks and web browsing. I got it for my kids to learn coding with it. The price was very appealing and the specifications are not bad either. I like the full keyboard layout, the touch screen (I didn't notice it when I purchased it) and has a good battery life. Has enough USB ports. I don't complain about the Ethernet port. If I need it, I can use the USB-3 to Ethernet adapter that I have around. The discounted price makes this laptop a very good computer to have. Few days later I got another one (last in stock) as I was really amazed by how smooth and nice it works. By the way, if you have any of the Apple computer screens, you may not like any other computer screen after that. It is just because Apple overdid it compared to others. After a while you will get used to the regular computers screen resolution. If you can find one with the "Open Box" price, don't hesitate. Just go and grab it!

The color of the laptop looks even better in person, very classy. Easy to use.

This is a great lap top. Its fast speed makes it even better when surfing the internet. Its very thin and light. Easy to carry. The battery has lasted at least 8 hours - not continuously used. The storage seems to be ok so far. Great price point. I would definitely recommend it.

Really enjoying this laptop. Needed something updated for more serious work-from-home activities and this is perfect for my needs. Great price on sale and was able to pick it up quickly from my local store with no problems. Should suit my needs for a long time.

It’s easy set up and fast to easy and light weight

Very pleased with my purchase, This is the second Lenovo notebook I have purchased. The first one lasted 11 years and still works. This new one is blazing fast from power on to login takes about 7 seconds. Only thing I don't like is windows 11, but that is Microsoft not Lennovo

I bought this *Refusbished Excellent* and on sale. I only paid $301 for this laptop, so the price will influence my review. For the price, this is a fantastic laptop. While it probably won't play new AAA game titles very well, it does the tasks that most people do regularly, very well. I can have over 20 tabs open on chrome without any slowdown, the graphics, are capable enough for light to moderate gaming. The 8 GB of memory allows for multiple tasks being done at the same time. There are three USB ports as well as an HDMI Port. My only port gripe is the SD Card port is one of those, where when you insert the card, it only goes it halfway, with the rest sticking out the side of the laptop. A minor gripe. It has a plastic body and thus, doesn't feel premium....but to be honest, it doesn't bother me. Overall a good, solid midrange laptop. If that is what you are looking for, this is a good choice; especially when on sale!

Solid laptop and easy to carry to and from the office. Durable. Value priced and big service for us. We do not game or stream on this device, but think it could handle if we chose to do that. Use is for Quickboooks/productivity at our house/business.
