This is a newer model of the previous Lenovo laptop I bought in 2017 from Best Buy. At least they fixed the poor placement of the "up" directional arrow. This laptop has Windows 11, and the previous one had Windows 10. The change caused my printer not to work. I had to get the Geek Squad to update the driver.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 laptop, model number 81X800KLUS. This model configuration ships with Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Operating System installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Your printer drivers may require that you switch out of S-Mode for Windows 11 Home.
