The Lenovo Tech Support provides help for OEM hardware based issues. If you are having software based issues, you can find help here, at this Best Buy Product Page. Also there is onboard help within your IdeaPad 3 15. Use your Lenovo Vantage Utility Software to scan your computer for issues and necessary updates.
