I was only able to get a little less than half back from Best Buy of what it actually cost for me to upgrade it to get it back to the 8 GB that was specified. Otherwise it works great.

'Esc' key broke off the first time I tried to use it. Luckily I was able to snap it back on, but it took a while. I hope that doesn't continue happening with the keys on the keypad!
