I had to have an 8GB RAM to do my new online job and this worked perfectly for all the required tech needed. It’s easy to use and very lightweight, I also love how slim it is and easy to move around since I am setting up my new home office to accommodate my new work structure. Easy to use and overall a great laptop. If I could give it more stars I would.

Very snappy with a lightning fast startup time. Screen is just OK, but definitely better than expected for the price paid. Battery life not great, but that's the tradeoff for a light, cheap laptop. I occasionally have an issue where I can't two finger tap for a right click, but that's literally the only issue so far. Hopefully it's fixed with an update.

Posted .Hello, the Lenovo Ideapad 3 model # 81WE011UUS is rated for up to 7.5 hours battery life. If you are getting substantially less battery life, please adjust your screen brightness settings. A setting of 100% brightness will drain your battery much faster than a lower setting. We recommend setting the screen brightness to some value below 100% that is still comfortable for you to view. Next be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Good Lenovo

It’s extremely fast and easy to log in. The fan isn’t that loud at all, and was only noticeable when charging it (which didn’t take long at all using the thunderbolt port). I put it on a cooling pad which was enough that the fan didn’t need to stay on.Battery life is incredible and the keypad feels fine. I can’t find any fault with it.

The Laptop has performed great so far after several months of use. Boots up quick handles all task very well with no slow down. For the price the performance meets expectation. With most of the work being turned in online and saved through Google the storage capacity is more than enough.

2020 MacBook Air with M1 chip

Graphics are very nice, laptop is extremely lightweight, yet sturdy. I recommend Apple as my 2009 laptop still works even though I have nearly worn the letters off the keys from use. Good products. I used the Best Buy Geek Squad to set up my new computer and am quite pleased with their work.

I used it mostly for The Sims 4 and browsing the internet/streaming. Unfortunately a glass Dolphin fell off my bookshelf onto it and shattered the screen(yes seriously). I would definitely suggest it to someone for a more affordable option.

I'm a computer tech and this was my wife's laptop. After a couple years, she "developed" a problem with her keyboard where it was doing all kinds of crazy stuff. Was disappointed until I saw evidence of wiped up liquid on the palm rest, confronted her and she admitted to spilling a beer on the keyboard. These are easy to work on compared to other manufacturers. I opened up the laptop by removing the bottom cover and discovered that replacing the keyboard would be too much work so I bought a whole new palmrest (top part of laptop), and transferred, the motherboard, battery, harddrive, etc over. Not something most people could do without experience but as an experienced tech, it was one of the easier procedures I have ever done like this. Laptop is as good as new and will sell it to a customer needing a laptop. Love me a Lenovo.

My daughter uses this for gaming like Roblox, Among Us, Sims 4 and Minecraft. No performance issues and keeps up with her wear and tear, even after a year still performing great. I love the size and that it has a 10 key, is a very reliable and well made laptop.
