Solid laptop and a lot of bang for your buck. Fast enough for most home applications. What made it even better was a week after I bought it, it went on sale for $150 less, and Best Buy refunded the difference through their price match policy. Well done, BB.

Awesome laptop! It’s extremely fast and very light.

My sixth grade son needed his own computer for school and this one was right in my path as I walked into Best Buy for Black Friday. I purchased a Lenovo Yoga for myself a year ago and really like it, so I figured we would give this one a try. He loves having his own laptop and it's easy for him to use for school.

While it is taking me some time to adjust to no Cd/dvd read/write drive and no internal hard drive, this computer runs faster, quieter, and cooler than my old Dell laptop. Unlike my old Dell this Lenovo does not lock up unexpectedly and I no longer have all the “Dell” updates to put up with. I did not like how Windows was trying to prevent my use of anything but Microsoft software so I did away with the Windows “S” which took it to the regular Windows allowing me to install the Antivirus of my choice, my preferred tax software and my old Microsoft Office Professional which I prefer since I already own it and paid a lot of money for it. Plus I don’t like the idea of my work being out in “no man’s land” where anyone can see it. Overall I love this laptop which is also much lighter in weight than my old Dell. I will say that their so called warranty sucks since I would have had to pay for any support in transferring my files and software from my old laptop! When IBM still owned Lenovo, that would have been free. Thank heavens I know someone that is extremely knowledgeable in computers and software.

I’m getting to love my laptop. Once I’m able to connect to my electronic cutting machine, I’m still trying to figure out the problem. I’m sure I’m really going to love it more One the problem is resolved. I really couldn’t pass this laptop up because the price was in my budget. I must say, the agent who setup my laptop for me was fantastic.

This computer is working great so far. My 10 years old daughter has no complaints. The computer is fast and does every thing she needs it to do including ROBLOX gaming. Personally, I think the SSD contributes a great deal to the response of the computer rather that the processor speed. Overall, a great buy.

Bought a computer and monitor. Salesman was very helpful. He asked what I used it for and after telling him he made his suggestion. He did not pressure me into something expensive and I got just what I needed. Will surely go there again. The tech that helped us set it up I believe it was Matthew. He was awsome.

Purchased after my faithful old laptop gave out on me! The features on this laptop are easy to follow and I am very pleased with the set up job that the geek squad provided. The ongoing service has been very helpful! Even though I was not familiar with the brand it is very comparable to my HP that I have used for years!

Bought it for my son schooling. It's pretty nice laptop for it. Hope it will be useful: Full HD IPS display with good view at different angles, enough speed and memory for work files and Zoom, here is Windows 10S (allow only apps from Microsoft Store) but it's easy and free switch it to Windows 10 Home edition (system ask you change OS before first install from web, as it did when I had been installing Google Chrome). So it's great deal for this money.

This is the first Lenovo laptop I have ever bought. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. If ever I ever need a new one I will definitely go with the Lenovo laptop. It is a very easy laptop to use. It’s much faster than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a nice laptop.

Sales person was provided with our requirements, he then suggested a laptop that appears to perfectly fit our needs at a price meeting our desires. So far, the Lenovo - IdeaPad 3 15" Laptop, performs as promised and as expected based on our needs.

I had a similar Lenovo IdeaPad for two years. I split crap on it and it was on its last legs but it did its job. I bought two of these computers for $298 and for that price this is an excellent computer.

I was looking for a replacement for my five year old clunker. Since all I do on a computer is light work and no gaming or graphic work I decided on this one. It is fast and does what I need. If all you are doing is using thee internet for email, news and social networking, this computer will work fine for you.

Great value for the money, plenty capable for all my needs, seems to be user-friendly. Used Geek Squad to set up and transfer data from old computer; they were great, but took 4-5 days because they were backed up with customers. Also, it is totally impossible to contact Best Buy by phone. Go online, or take a chance and go to the store.

I was skeptical about buying this laptop. I had I friend recommended it and so far I have been really impressed. It’s super light weight and it was simple to get started. Pretty fast processing speeds and surfs the net with ease. Over all of you needing a simple computer for school or home needs I recommend it.

cheap for getting your kid a computer for online schooling. wont be too upset if it breaks so hopefully this laptop will last a while. its specs are more than enough for just online education and addition work if your kids enjoys gaming or etc.

Pros: 1080p IPS screen. very quiet, the fan hardly run at all. 8 GB RAM, 256GB SSD. I can live with without upgrading. Cons: No USB-C port. No USB port on the right side. Laptop is larger than it looks, the bottom bezel is big making it deeper than similar laptop. Overall, I have no regret buying it.

Excellent product. Needed new computer with cam for volunteer work with the American Red Cross. Started working on it right out of the box. 1 month in and no issues. Light, durable and charges quickly. DOES NOT COME WITH RECOVERY MEDIA.
