This laptop was purchased for my mother and she was looking for a reliable computer that would not make her go bankrupt. I purchased this on sale for her as a gift. She absolutely loves it and is constantly online with her facebook friends. Perfect size for a 74 yr old.

Price was right, early black Friday special. Does everything and much more for a mid-range computer. Purchased 3 of these, self, wife, son. One was defective out of the box, would not accept password. Best Buy replaced next morning, with no problem. Highly recommend.

Sales team was very helpful understanding laptops and finding an affordable laptop for my teaching needs! The laptop appears to be running fine - no complaints! Good laptop for reasonable price - I should have waited a week to buy it - The very next week the laptop was on sale for $100 less!

Just opened for Christmas. So far so good. I like that it didn't take 9 hours to set up. Not much updating or other stuff. Case is awesome looking. Like brushed aluminum. I got this the before black friday and it was a good deal ($349, then back to $499). I should have got a couple more.

I am in love with my Lenovo, specially since it was the exchange for my very old taptop... So fast, so light, so complete. I do not know why I did not buy it earlier... The price was also extraordinary for this type of machine. I other words, I am super satisfied.

The laptop works great! It is fast and perfect for its intended use. It was an open box model, and I would not be able to tell the difference had I not known. The laptop was clean and free of blemishes. It is easy to use, and I am completely satisfied with it.

Bought this after reading reviews without looking at the computer and I am extremely happy with it. I am retired and primarly use it for internet and emails. Extremely easy to set up and processes fast. To my surprize, it has a 10 key on keyboard. Hghly recommend

It’s a serviceable school laptop for my 6th grade child. No issues with setup and it’s been working fine. I did have to take it off S Mode. It was too limiting on software. But it was fairly painless to do. We’ll see if this outlasts the HP it replaced which only lasted almost 2 years.

I was so happy with the performance and quality of this laptop that my husband bought one too! It has everything I need and then some. The support has been helpful when needed and it is very user friendly. I would recommend without any reservations at all.

I've had this laptop since Nov 2020. Bought as a budget laptop to use for a year or so, but it is still going strong two years later. Battery life was never the best but for $300 I have been very impressed.

Good laptop For the price. I'm not a gamer and i don't need a big computer. I bought this for my wife and she likes it. She surfs the internet,reads the news,shops,and studies the bible. It does well for all of this. I also do our own taxes every year. We'll see how it holds up.

I got this on sale and I wasn’t sure if this was going to work but boy was I wrong. This laptop is really fast and it gets the job done. My son uses this for school and use it for my work. This is a great budget laptop. You won’t go wrong with this purchase

it looks like a good little laptop for what my mom needs it for - I don't LOVE that it comes with this version of windows bc she likes to use Chrome - but I did know that going in. It was easy to set up and very lightweight! We got it on sale for $299 so I was thrilled with that.

Great deal, this PC is for my dad and I believe he's getting a lot of power for the money, 8 GB RAM and 256 SSD and is backed up by Lenovo's quality. The highlights of this PC are the it is really lightweight and the screen is Full HD at an entry level price.

I bought this for my aging father who has been using a tablet...it took some getting use to the difference, but he loves it now. The keys are big enough that he doesn't struggle seeing the letters, holds a charge GREAT, easy to set-up and very light-weight.

With black Friday pricing, I feel like this was a really good deal. It’s lightweight but fairly sturdy. I like the Lenovo brand anyway. Only downside for me is that it’s windows 10 which I really don’t care for but it is nice that he has Alexa built-in

I purchased three of these for my kids for Christmas to help with distance learning and other school work. They have been using school supplied Chromebooks and they never stop complaining about how bad the Chromebooks are. So far they are working very well. I did find out quickly that they ship in Windows 10 S mode which is severely limiting on what you can install and do with the laptops. I understand that it is more secure as you can only install Windows approved apps but not being able to use Chrome and other everyday tools was unbearable. Thankfully, switching out of S mode is only a few mouse clicks and doesn't cost anything. They are fast and responsive and I appreciate that they have a full-hd 1080p screen. They boot very fast and the kids have had no complaints with them using graphics intense programs like Roblox. Great value.

Fast speed and does what is expected. I only surf the Internet, manage emails and do home bills with my computer so not much needed and this does to well. Had an older laptop that was sluggish and this one was affordable and does what we needed.

Very portable, fast & Speedy Laptop. Laptops like these get to the point quickly, without all the pesky load times. Really good to use with Zoom as well! It’s slim size makes it easy to take with you, and its speed is just about tablet like!

it's a very responsive low end i3 laptop. It's a very good deal when u catch it on sale for under $300. My only complaint is the battery life. It only lasts for a little only an hour and a half. I like it so much that I bought a second one.
