Primarily using this for video conferencing. This laptop impressed me not only with the startup time ( thanks SSD ) it was super easy to set up. Included programs were sufficient for daily use. Bloat-ware is minimal compared to other computers that I have purchased in the past. I did change from Windows S-Mode to full Windows because ZOOM is only accessible in browser in S-Mode. Overall, very satisfied.
