purchased this to replace a 6 year old laptop. Primarily using this for video conferencing. This laptop impressed me not only with the startup time ( thanks SSD ) it was super easy to set up. Included programs were sufficient for daily use. Bloat-ware is minimal compared to other computers that I have purchased in the past. I did change from Windows S-Mode to full Windows because ZOOM is only accessible in browser in S-Mode. Overall, very satisfied.

The LENOVO is excellent and very versatile. Also, your staff at the store were excellent in whatever help I required, which was not too much but I received attention that was unexpected. The store was very busy that day, however, your staff members were trying their best to help everyone, and the cashier's department was being run smoothly and efficiently. If you remove the masks from everyone, I am sure they and their customers were all smiling!

Good price and value for the money. The online ordering process was easy and the curbside pick was prompt and efficient.

Great affordable laptop for students! Low weight for transport New generation CPU, Fast HDD and appropriate RAM capacity

Good laptop for money. However backlitless keyboard make it hard to type in dark and screen brightness in fill sunlight not enough. Touchpad make clicking noise. I am not sure if it just my laptop or everyone has this issue. Speakers make distorted sound during notifications. Camera quality is poor and can’t be used to unlock laptop as Face ID. Built quality feels cheap as made of plastic.

Great price for bf for what it comes with, wish I saw the touchscreen model tho it was only 50 bucks more

Great Laptop very fast, responsive Laptop after disabling changing about 10+ of the factory unwanted settings. just as fast if not faster processor than my Dell i7 4090 ssf pc witch both have the ssd drives. nice size screen excellent image. a good quality build. i took the laptop out of home s mode to download other browsers and app software's. i would rate at a 9 and a 10 if it had a i7+ processor. overall a very nice machine... happy!

It has a pretty nice and sleek design. Immediately switched it out of Windows S mode. Boots up and loads stuff fast. I'm not a big fan of the tiny arrow keys and the touchpad could be better. Also worth noting is that the webcam has a cover/shutter which is nice for those who rarely use it or those worried about privacy.
