Primarily using this for video conferencing. This laptop impressed me not only with the startup time ( thanks SSD ) it was super easy to set up. Included programs were sufficient for daily use. Bloat-ware is minimal compared to other computers that I have purchased in the past. I did change from Windows S-Mode to full Windows because ZOOM is only accessible in browser in S-Mode. Overall, very satisfied.

Also, your staff at the store were excellent in whatever help I required, which was not too much but I received attention that was unexpected. The store was very busy that day, however, your staff members were trying their best to help everyone, and the cashier's department was being run smoothly and efficiently. If you remove the masks from everyone, I am sure they and their customers were all smiling!

Almost a year in, she said the battery wasn't lasting over 2 hours. I have searched and searched and contacted Lenovo support and Best Buy support for a new battery and they do not exist. No one can help me, and of course, it is over the one year warranty. Daughter and I are not happy.

However backlitless keyboard make it hard to type in dark and screen brightness in fill sunlight not enough. Touchpad make clicking noise. I am not sure if it just my laptop or everyone has this issue. Speakers make distorted sound during notifications. Camera quality is poor and can’t be used to unlock laptop as Face ID. Built quality feels cheap as made of plastic.
