Honest guy that spent quality time with us and not pressuring us into purchasing any item until we felt comfortable talking about the purchased item. He was very patient with us and treated us with upmost respect, especially during these difficult times with Covid-19!! What a pleasant shopping experience. Thank-you!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Laptop very fast, responsive Laptop after disabling changing about 10+ of the factory unwanted settings. just as fast if not faster processor than my Dell i7 4090 ssf pc witch both have the ssd drives. nice size screen excellent image. a good quality build. i took the laptop out of home s mode to download other browsers and app software's. i would rate at a 9 and a 10 if it had a i7+ processor. overall a very nice machine... happy!

Immediately switched it out of Windows S mode. Boots up and loads stuff fast. I'm not a big fan of the tiny arrow keys and the touchpad could be better. Also worth noting is that the webcam has a cover/shutter which is nice for those who rarely use it or those worried about privacy.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS. You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

She was told that she would need to work from home (she Had a desk top at work and did not have a capable laptop at home) I bought it on line while she was leaving work, she drove 2 hours to pick it up curb side, she was up and running the next morning after being sent home, it did everything she needed. I have already recommended it to a coworker and as far as I know he bought one from Best buy.

The other is that I've wanted a laptop for a while, but couldn't justify buying one just because I wanted it. So now that I have it, I am enjoying it immensely. I'm able to hide in my room from my kids, and still have something to do besides read.
