Great Value and Upgradeable

For the price, you can't beat it. The upgraded version of this with 15 processor and more Memory & HDD space has many bad reviews on battery life. This one has a solid battery life and the memory can easily be upgraded. I replaced the 4MB module (4 onboard + 4 removeable) with a 16MB for a total of 20MB. Keyboard is a little cheap but for this unit at this price - no complaints.

Didn't realise that, unlike the i5s, the i3 was not touch screen, and, that coupled with the 8gb memory (compared to the 12gb for the i5s), meant that it was not worth the $50 price difference ($77 with the $27 open-box discount). In summary, on its own, it was worth the money, but, given the availability/pricing of the i5s, then, the i3s were a non-starter.
