    The computer is fine. It is very easy to use. No problems whatsoever. However, the delivery of the computer was a nightmare. I was promised next day delivery and it turned up four days later. As far as I know the computer came from the Northgate store. I was told it was delayed due to weather, snow, and COVID-19. I purchased this computer in the month of October in Seattle.

    I love this computer but the only thing I’m not a fan off is the speaker, it’s very low and wish it could be louder since I love watching Netflix and other streaming platforms. But, over amazing for college students and other who do everyday work on it, I work from home and still runs fast with all the programs that’s being used!
