    the sales clerk was very helpful. The Tech was helpful also. I did not know I needed an appointment but he saw me as there was no other clients waiting, Which I was very glad. I was just told to come in amd pick up my laptop.I will shop there again I also purchased by grand kids phone covers for their phone I purchased there.
