Was looking for a basic and capable laptop. This one fits the bill. My computer pro son couldn't believe I picked out something this good without his advice. very capable and dependable. Easy to carry from room to room or pack in a briefcase to transport to remote locations.

Bought this for a friend they so far love it. Getting use to the pad part rather than a computer. Only thing he isn’t liking is not being able to use it to store his photos. Overall loving his new computer. Purchased the Lenovo brand because it has great reviews over some other computers.

Uses Windows 10S which only allows uploads of Microsoft approved products. Couldn't upload provided free security software without switching to regular Windows 10. You can't switch back to Windows 10S once you leave. 10S supposedly provides additional safety and security protections. This is to my understanding.

This was a gift for my son in law who just got his real estate license and needs computer for his selling of lots of houses to take care of his mother in law. haha A good choice and has been working well for him. Sales person was very knowledge and helpful with this purchase.

I have not had a windows product in many years. I needed this windows computer for my sign cutting operation. I am very impressed with this machine. It has been flawless for my sign cutter. I would certainly buy this product again, and of course from Best Buy. They never let me down

Although the First Laptop was defective, through a long call with customer service I was able to receive another one. This of course entailed a 25 mile drive to the closest store and then another 25 miles to send back the original one. (one way). This one seems to be working correctly.

Functions for the reasons I bought it. The battery life is poor (never up to 7 hours, 4 max), even with taking the steps recommended by Lenovo. It’s not worth returning for the sale price I paid. However, I would not pay full price for this laptop.

Purchase got off to a rocky start. Sound card was defective after numerous tries to rectify. Best Buy gave a replacement and so far so good. Geek squad was very helpful and patient with me during this set up and transaction. Data transfer was successful and everything was there.

I bought this machine on sale for $299. It may be an ok machine but 2 days in I reached up and adjusted the monitor angle by grabbing it with 2 fingers by the camera and pushing it. I heard a tic and the whole screen was shattered. I may have just gotten a bad one but was leary of getting another. Best Buy to their credit took the machine back with no hassle but still decided to take a pass on it being replaced. Too bad too as I was starting to like the machine.

For me and my physical limitations, best electronic device ever. After working in the Navy over 32 years involving computers, this by far best device for me. Be careful syncs with everything on your internet. Can pose a bit of a headache until you reel in the AI capabilities.

Great everyday laptop. Does it's job. Cannot be too heavy user. Good for multi tasking as long as its not too much or a long time. The SSD memory is really great for everyday usage. Not worth for full price - try to compare prices for something this level (and BestBuy have a good price match policy).

I am very satisfied with my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15" Laptop purchased about 5 weeks ago. I use it mainly with Microsoft Word and Excel, online buying, viewing short videos, and emailing. So far, it has met or exceeded my expectations and, hopefully, it will continue to do so.

Bought this for my daughter who indicates that it works fine for working from home and as a home system. She run MS Teams, MS Office, and Zoom frequently. So far the only issue is the overly large power plug that the system comes with. It is definitely not surge protector friendly.

The laptop was great, and at the price I got I was pretty happy but after a couple of weeks the touchpad stopped working randomly and when it does I have to attach an external mouse to complete my work. I tried updating drivers and enabling/disabling the hardware but nothing worked, I have to restart the laptop everytime for it to work. I will have to return it I think but I really liked it's performance and speed which is why it makes me sad to return it. May be I was just unlucky with this laptop so I might try out replacement.

Best Buy employee anwered all my questions when trying to fit performance and quality with my budget. After using this laptop for almost a year now, I have to say it has done everything I needed it to effectively and effeciently. No complaints.

This laptop has proven to be a decent purchase. I wouldn't sing it's praises necessarily, but I would recommend it to a high schooler. I bought it for home purposes, which aren't much, and it's doing it's job decently.

This lab top was a replacement of my HP that I had for 6 years. I was a little concern that is would not be pairable with duties that I preformed on my lap top daily , I was surprise that it has work great ! Great speed , memory and compatibility with the software I use daily. Great purchase.

I was on the market for a price friendly good specs laptop I found it in this one , I have a HP with good Ram but the processor does not have enough power(CELERON) this laptop makes a huge difference its super quick and the SSD is a + . andthe $$$ is a no brainer,

Recently purchased for my husband. Brought new laptop into the store for setting up. Cali and Hannibal are the best techs around. They are very professional and the service is outstanding. I would recommend others to this location for the Geek Squad service.

This laptop is very nice and the open box was a good option for me. I did Return it because of size, it was too big, I wish this laptop was available in smaller size with he open box price, I ended up with a different laptop. Other than size this is a GOOD laptop
