Great laptop for the price. Crisp 1080P monitor which is the main reason I bought this. The Core i3, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD are specs you expect on laptops that cost about 50% more. Battery life, keyboard, and and mouse pad seem pretty good so far. Highly recommend.

This is pretty great. i3, 8GB memory, 256GB SSD, and 1080p screen. This is a perfect budget laptop especially for $299. I wish it wasn't so plasticy (what do you expect), had USB-C charging, a bigger battery, and a better trackpad which I assume will get better with use as it's not smooth.

Wait wait, but feels like it could be because it's a little bit on the flimsy side. Otherwise it has been a great use! Very quick, and I am able to do everything I need to on it. I love the fact that I can connect it to my phone, and still be able to get all my messages and phone calls.

I've had my laptop for a year now and I have to say I am quite happy with it. Wife bought a brand new HP laptop with all the bells and whistles and offered to swap it to me for my Lenovo. But I declined. What does that tell you?

This entry level laptop has worked well for my son's remote learning. It would way better than the school issued chromebook. wifi is my faster and more stable and this laptop can run many more apps at the same time with the 8 gb of ram.

Not so much the laptop, thats good. When I did the search, I typed in touch screen and these came up. I (assumed ) it was, purchased them and had my kids pick them up. My bad for not double checking... all in all the laptops do what they need them to do, school work and cruise the web...

I must say buying this computer was a good decision for my family. With school and work happening remotely, a functional computer is a must. The Lenovo-IdeaPad 3 15" works really well. It was a good buy.

Happy with laptop was a little concerned with delivery information I got, it started out one day changed to another and suddendly dropped off. Was due on 12/7 for delivery finally got it on 12/11. I realize it is Christmas but info could have been better.

This was purchased for my lady who is in law school for her to get through her last two years and to start her career with. So far so good on everything. The specs worked for what we need it to be. It has been an excellent personal/business computer for us.

I purchased this for my daughter and it is working out great she is able to complete all of her online school assignments. It is not a gaming laptop but she does play Minecraft and and some other games also. The build quality is really good for the price.

I think that this is a fine laptop. In a few years, I have come to like the Lenovo brand. I was surprised to discover that there was no CD drive. I know I should have read a bit more and inspected. That's ok for the particular use of this computer.

This is a pretty good laptop. I brought it because my dell accidentally got water splashed on it and went out. I also like the fact that it has more storge then my dell. I am able to download way more stuff and instill have room. I wouod recommend.

Perfect home computer. Bought it initially because I was tired of hauling my work computer home all the time just for personal use. Lo and behold this machine is powerful enough to use for some of my remote work tasks. Thin, light, easy to use and fast.

I bought this because my old laptop was three years old and needed to be replaced. This works great for my purposes. I don't really games on this. I just use the laptop for basic web browsing, typing, and watching videos. Great value for the price!

The Laptop is very nice. It was easy to setup and transfer files to. However, the week after I bought it, you drop the price by $150.00. I am very disappointed with Best Buy and will not purchase another item from you.

I use this computer for work. It gets the job done and works well. I'm a healthcare provider and use the computer to document patient visits. In the beginning there was lag time when typing and when letters would actually appear on the screen. I don't have that issue anymore.

Its been almost 2 years and the notebook is doing great with kids for their school learning apps and web-based gaming. Battery holding charge for good amount of time. Updated to Windows 11

I have used other lap tops and so far this is the best one. I have no issues, and I use this for personal and work use every day. The GEEK squad was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase. Thanks Best Buy for always being there to help

Although I just bought this new Lenovo laptop and have used it for just a few days, I am very happy with the number of hours I can be on without a recharge and really enjoy the Dolby audio and HD resolution and quality of video when I'm streaming movies.

Purchased for my retired father. He needed a new computer to check email, surf the web, and do simple processing. This was a home run. He is extremely happy with the laptop. Haven't checked battery life to the fullest just yet, but so far no issues.
