He doesn’t use it much but uses it enough to do what he needs to. I’m being asked to review this item so all I can say is, “so far so good”. Oh... except problems with spam pop ups from Microsoft claiming to have a virus that locks the computer up, but isn’t legit. So that would be a Microsoft issue. Not an issue with this specific computer.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS. There is a 30-day Trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software on this computer and it activates automatically with the initial activation of Windows 10. You do not need to use McAfee. You can uninstall it and either use the free Windows Defender that comes with Windows 10 or uninstall McAfee and install your own choice of a 3rd party Virus Protection Software. The first thing to do if you will not be using McAfee, is to uninstall it as there can only be one active Virus Protection Software on the computer at one time. If you are getting pop-up messages, they are probably due to McAfee Software not being uninstalled.
