    Every now and then the computer will just freeze and I have to turn it off by brute force and then turn it on again. This never happened with any other laptops that I've had. I don't know if it's because I'm using old office software - Office 10, but it never happened with other laptops and I was using Office 97 on those forever! Also - it has a very limited number of USB ports.
