    Purchased laptop for a Christmas gift. No problem with the purchase or the pick-up. The email address on my account was missing a letter. Sales agent advised me to correct the address using the phone support. The phone support was a run around that went on for over and hour and through multiple technicians. And the problem was not resolved.
