An upgrade I desperately needed

My last computer was a hand-me-down from my sister that had keys missing for the keyboard and was running on Windows 7. Compared to that this one's so much smoother and I can actually game with my friends and do some work on it. I love it it was everything I ever needed. Plus it works excellent on its video chat. The only problem I've had so far is the update that just recently came out though that could be due to my bad internet.

Though there is no built in CD/DVD drive within this model, you can use a USB-based, Windows 10 Compatible CD/DVD drive with this laptop. This model ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost.
Really Nice Laptop

I have never worked on a touchpad laptop before, so that is taking some getting used to - but I like it! The color is nice (although purple would have been better). It took time to figure out how to remove the Microsoft programs since I had previously purchased the Microsoft 10 software, how to move my anti-virus subscription over to this laptop, and how to set up our wireless printer, but I finally figured all three out so all is well. This is a really nice laptop and yes, I would recommend it.

The Windows 10 setup was easy and the connection to the internet was very quick and without any problems. The IdeaPad is amazingly fast when browsing the internet or working with Microsoft Office 365 apps. I ordered this laptop at the local Best Buy and was able to pick it up at the store later in the week. The communication from Best Buy regarding the status of this order was excellent. Thanks for a great purchasing experience!

Lenovo touch screen IdeaPad 3

He loves have the color and ease-of-use. Perfect for browsing in life work. Lenovo has always had the good tactile feel with the keyboard. The only downside is the feel of the touch screen. It has a membrane screen instead of glass which makes it feel a bit unresponsive opposed to a slick glass surface. That's the reason for a 4-star rating instead of a 5. She is getting more used to it as she is using it more.
