Connecting headphones/speakers still functions but the laptop speakers stopped working. Affordable laptop but not the best value

Certain letters wouldn’t work. As far as my hole business, it was perfect for that. The computer’s hardware was great.

The screen quality is very poor and the materials of the pc seems very cheap.

Purchase not up to two weeks before it starts acting up. It boots halfway and freezes. Have to turn it on and off more than 5 times before it comes on. Takes 30 mins to an hour. When it eventually comes on, touchscreen light not work, camera doesn’t work as well. I tried to set up a return but it says window has closed. Money wasted! I hope someone sees this and gets in touch.

Having had a HP envy before this the noticeable difference is disappointing. If you just want a cheap computer this will work.
