Screen brightness is fantastic plus the general form factor of the laptop feels good for the price. On the downside, this laptop touchpad is terrible. It stopped working after a few minutes of use. I’m not sure if it was a problem with only the unit I was sent... other cons; screen colors and viewing angles are horrible. The entire computer chassis is made out of plastic, this greatly affects its durability in the long run.

You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

If you are having issues with the webcam, first be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open. Then be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer. Then update all of the BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. After checking by the Geeks expert, I was told it's a lemon even the model number is correct but just without touch screen. I lost my coupon used on this order, and wasted time and strength too. Price was great when on sale however, the laptop would randomly shut off on its own even while it was plugged in. Computer came back on and worked for a couple days and then shut off and would not charge. Ended up returning to Best Buy since the laptop is out of stock for an exchange.

The images they provided are very deceiving, and I assumed that the screen would look like the images or similar to the modern screen. That was not the case; it was more like early 2000's TV screens where the screen gets darker when tilting your head. It is similar to that, but the slightest tilt on the screen makes it very difficult to see what is happening. It is very inconvenient when you have to show other people your screen because they have to be in the same position or they won't be able to see your screen. As a whole, it gets the job done. There are times where the trackpad doesn't work, but you can you the touch screen, and it works again. The camera is of bad quality, but I don't really mind. If I had better knowledge of what type of screen it had, I wouldn't have bought it.
