    You are really kidding with the People. You haven t delivered it to me yet. I wrote many times to your customer. That there should be delivery problem for that get your precautions. But every time they told me that not to worry about the delivery. You will get your order before 12/22 before christmas. And you can see your family with your New Computer during the Christmas. But I couldn't get ın touch with my family. Because of you. Because you cheated me. You are always cheating. You are using fancy Words for cheating the People. I m regretful of purchasing your web site. Purchasing this item from bestbuy. And My friends warned me about your delivery problems but ı didnt care them. Now they are right. I m regretful of not listening them. Any way You cheated me and didnt deliver my laptop

    I liked everything about this laptop but the screen resolution and color quality, which were both lacking a great deal. I was told I needed to spend more for "full" hd quality. Also had issues with the s-mode windows system and not being able to switch is on and off..

    The performance of the laptop is equivalent to the cost of the product. There are glaring issues though. The trackpad is very unreliable. In addition, the screen touch functionality is practically broken. You press down in one area, it registers it at another.

      We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE00NKUS. This laptop ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Even if you have switched out of S-Mode, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.     This computer is a dud. Only two months old and it won't turn on, won't turn off, and only has a battery life of a little over an hour. I am not happy with it and would never buy another Lenovo.

    Microphone stopped working after a week. Slow computer. Only being used for kids school. Not much better than the cheaper counterparts. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again. I will be returning this.

This is an extremely fast configuration, with its 10th Generation 4-Core/8-Thread Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor, 12GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM and a 256GB NVMe TLC solid state hard drive. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software can cause features such as the internal microphone not to operate properly.     It works but I cannot get over fuzzy fonts. Updating drivers, changing clear text, updating windows etc - nothing works. Not worth the eye strain. Return.

    CS from Factory needed if Product doesn't work.

    Looked like a good deal, however turned out to be a waste of time and energy. Spent a lot of time loading and then deleting personal information, because I couldn't trust it to restore to factory settings (could have been, a Brick), before shutting down on it's own. The computer worked for one week, then kept shutting off by it's self. Soon it couldn't stay on longer than 2 minutes. Tried Lenovo support (they said it would take up to 48 hours to get back to me). A week later they contacted me but I had just returned the computer to the store where at lest 7 other Lenovo laptop had ben returned. Had a Lenovo before, worked well. Won't trust them again, CS was very unresponsive.

    For the price when this was on sale I can't complain too much, but I really don't care for the design of this machine... Keyboard is a very odd proportion which results in consistent misstrokes. Screen is not very bright.

    Unfortunately I am unable to connect myEpsom printer to my Lenovo laptop. I purchased geek squad protection so that if I was unable to do this myself geek squad would be able to help. I canceled my appointment with tech people after finding out I would have to pay for this service after paying for three years of geek squad. I am greatly disappointed and still have no usable printing ability. Due to covid and being elderly I cannot come into the store to voice my concerns. After spending $1,000 at Best Buy to have a laptop with printing ability i still cannot print.

    I bought this laptop $350+ tax from online on bestbuy website. Honestly I was using for only emails and office work. The laptop being freeze after 6 months. I tried every single thing, ultimately visit Geeksquad Vernon hills, and agent want $90 for anlysist the problam, $50 for backup and $150 for repair and if we replace something it would be extra. Then I decide to buy another new laptop of different brand. It's completely wastage of money and time.
