Excellent laptop. We bought a laptop two years ago at Bestbuy and for some reason the screen started to show lines and it will blackout every so often, but for the price of this one. I did not mind to replace my old one.

Good layout, screen and with the SSD, much faster than my old Lenovo with standard harddrive. Miss the Ethernet port. Internet speed is suboptimal when operating WIFI or via a Ethernet-to-USB adapter.

Bought this for my work in a service shop. Very fast, turns on in seconds. Set up was easy. I will be purchasing another one. I run a lot of diagnostic software and it hasnt missed a beat yet..Perfect for my needs.

We brought this laptop for my sons online classes over zoom meetings. Overall the laptop is good except for the screen and battery life. This has to be either plugged in or has to be charged frequently.

This is a great computer. Very fast compared to the 5 year old laptop this replaced. Easy to setup. Nice size screen. Web browsing is awesomely fast. I purchased during discount event and is well worth the money.

The pc is good and fast but i have so problems with the updates and is complicate but the computer in self is a good one if you have problems with that is normal because i change the computer 3 times

Really good laptop. Fast and efficient. Screen is sharp and colors are pretty accurate. Keyboard and touchpad are laid out well and work good. USBC connection makes adding for refills easy with a hub.

bought it for my daughter for HS, great value for the performance and the HS use abuse, touch screen in this price a very nice and appreciative feature

I got over thanksgiving for $350 and is worth it for the specs and screen size and great laptop for my kids school activities during this Covid times, when everything thing is remote. I recommend it.

Perfect for my small business. It was easy to set up and also connects to my phone, which is a huge plus. The price was great. Have been using it non stop since purchasing it and have not had any problems with it.

The battery only lasts around two hours doing nothing heavily. The laptop itself is lightweight. Works fine if you don't mind plugging it all the time.

Good cheap laptop. But I had to return it. Features are good but the screen is not FHD and has low resolution.

I love this laptop! Laptop keys are a nice soft touch. The size of keyboard just right. I like how the touch pad responds. The laptop is lightweight. The charging cable plug is a bit bulky. May need to plug into the lower electrical outlet. I didn't find it a problem for me. I didn't like the Windows 10 S mode. Easy to turn off, and change to Windows 10. Just be aware you can't return to the Windows 10 S mode once you turn it off! I thought I had a problem when I shut down the laptop, only to have it power on when I opened it up. This is a feature you can go in,and switch off. I actually like it now, that I gotten use to it. The performance speed and downloads speed is good. Overall very happy with this laptop so far.

Its fast, great for school work. I'm a full time college senior and I've been putting it through it's paces. I love it, worth the money. And it has a shield for the camera which is nice for online classes.

Very satisfied with this purchase, the laptop works great, no issues so far. Very lightweight, easy to move around and convenient when traveling. Excellent display. Responsive and comfortable keyboard.

This is really a good price for its configuration. 12G memory and 10th i5 CPU, SSD hard drive, better than my work laptop, enough to work almost any projects involves photos and videos. Highly recommend.

Love this laptop! Lightweight & fast with great battery life. I absolutely hated the Windows 10 S-Mode that came installed but it was quick & easy to remove the S-Mode & revert to regular Windows 10.
