Got this for my 9 years old. He loved it. It's sleek, stylish and looks really nice. The i5 processor is super fast. The only small down side is display. If it was 1080p it could have been the best model.But still, with the price range one can live with that. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product.

I was a little hesitant to buy this computer because the screen resolution was only 1366 x 768, but I figured that the 15" screen was small enough that I wouldn't notice the lower resolution. Maybe it was because I was used to 1920 x 1080 screens, but the screen on this computer was so fuzzy that I had trouble reading it. It certainly wasn't sharp enough for working with Microsoft Office or watching videos. I didn't get far enough to evaluate the other features. I returned the computer a few days after purchasing it.

This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old son. He loves it and it gets daily use. He mostly uses it for Roblox and school work. It is great for online learning and he has no complaints about its' performance on Roblox. He does prefer to use it with a mouse rather than the track pad.

This laptop is very user friendly. I use this for school and entertainment purposes. The battery life is a good fit for me, (I use 4-5 hours a day, plug in overnight and unplug in the morning). I appreciate how easy and basic everything is. It's a straight-foward laptop that does exactly what I need it to.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, and so far so good, especially for the price. Boots up super-fast thanks to the SSD and is running great. The user has it hooked up to a 32-inch screen and loves that she has two screens - one running Twitch and the other running whatever else (games, streaming, etc.)

Strong specs for such a low price but build and quality of material used makes it ideal or casual or children's use only. Neither keyboard nor the touchpad are responsive; recommend use of external mouse and/or keyboard.

I bought a printer online with help from the online chat, which made it effortless. I bought the laptop at my local store. Very helpful and good advice! I also purchased one year of geek squad help which is priceless!! Thank you all the way around for good deals and Amazing 5 Star people.

good Laptop. My 1st grader is very happy. but I see 2 issues. 1: Lower battery life. 2: Missing keyboard light. other than than it's good. good for kids in school not appropriate for professionals who use it for Job.

This laptop runs fast and its good price for this configuration. I only wanted to highlight few things one is its automatically starting after the shutdown. we do not need to press the power to start the laptop again. Second thing is Camera as its not clear for video calls.

This Lenovo laptop computer is an excellent choice for doing multitasking and it has plenty of speed in it's 10th generation Intel i5. The internal RAM of 12GB seems like an odd number when it could have been installed with 16GBs. Other than this, this computer is a winner

Product is very nice. Only giving 4 stars because of reward points received for this. Called to see if I could use my reward points on my auto renewel for geek squad service. Was told only a credit card could be used. Does not seem right. Would purchase this again

The screen of my laptop broke accidentally. I called lenovo. They said I should contact BestBuy. It's still in warranty. Is it covered by the accidental geek squad?

Good product for daily use. This is a computer for the everyday student that needs to accomplish tasks. As other reviews indicate, the screen is good for movies but this is not a gaming computer. As an adult, I do not do games, therefore this is awesome computer that is very fast.

I purchased this laptop for a dedicated use so not sure if it could handle a lot of multitasking. The price was right for me and for what the laptop offered I thought a very good deal. It was super simple to set up and has fulfilled my expectations. Great value.

Great Laptop! Meets my needs for College online classes, easy set up, fast and Best Buy could have sold me higher priced but young man was honest and said this was perfect for me. I use a external hard drive. Love all my docs,pics,videos, books etc. plenty of space on laptop too.

For a budget laptop - this Lenovo was an awesome buy! Of course it does all the basic stuff fine, but I was surprised that it was also able to stream video. Great quality - looks & feels like a $1000 laptop. Also very reliable. Very happy with this purchase.

An ideal computer for virtual learning! This Windows 10 machine has been great for my kids to use while their school is all virtual. They have access to their Google Classroom materials and can also use it in their free time to play games and enjoy other things, like Roblox.

Set up tutorial excellent however still getting familiar with symbols etc. Very happy with processor speed. Although we purchased it 11/23/2020 it was back ordered actual date of reciept 12/07/2020. I have not had alot of time to work with familiarizing myself.

I've had it now for a couple of weeks and after setting it up and browsing and exploring I find the machine to be a very good choice. My only regret is that it does not have an optical drive. To be honest though I knew that at the time I bought the machine.

Lenovo quality in a great performing notebook. Very sleek and light weight with a very clear screen. I was unaware that systems are now shipping in S mode. I was glad to know it is an option, but glad it's any wasy process to unlock it to the full home version of Windows 10.
