The PC is working better than expected -- for the price we paid this is a great budget PC that meets the needs for a normal user that uses Google - Facebook etc... The amount of memory and the SSD drive made this a great value.

This is a great computer! Great price. The only issue I have is the color doesn’t seem to be as bright as it should be. I’m going to have Geek Squad look at it to see if it can be adjusted. But all in all a very good buy

Design is very sleek and nice while not being too heavy to carry around. Runs very fast and efficient. The battery life is pretty decent but if you usually just have it plugged in while using it anyway this laptop is perfect for you.

Needed a laptop in order to separate my son's school work and leisure activities and this did the job. Haven't had any issues with it and it runs with out issue. A Black Friday deal that was worth the cost.

I was able to purchase this during black friday week for a really great value. I've needed a new laptop for a while as my old one was really slow. This didn't disappoint. I'm really impressed by the amount of hardware for the price.

Was looking around the holidays for a good laptop with good specs for my dad. This one definitely fit the bill. Fast start up and came with a lot less excess free software and trials than some recent HP laptops I have purcahsed.

Bought this on sale and, for the price, it was an excellent buy! Very responsive, screen looks good and overall a very nice laptop. I do wish the ram could be expanded, but it came with a sufficient amount, so not a huge deal.

I haven't had this cpu for very long but its been great for what I need. I'm a musician and I have an amp and some other software i use to control a few items and it does great. I bought extra storage for it but it's been great

My husband needed a new laptop for his new job. Wasn’t sure if this was a good choice and what he needed, but his I.T. Department was very impressed with this computer and its security and my husband is extremely happy with it!

picked up my lap top from best buy, we set up my lap top, adding my email app was so easy to install. The set up was with in 2 hrs. I was very impressed by the size of the lap top, Wide screen bright colors,

Screen resolution is very good. Initial setup was a breeze. The Lenovo app allowed me to import key data/docs from my old computer. Comes with Windows 10 S, but the switch to Windows 10 Home was relatively easy.

Biggest plus, very little bloat software. Plenty of RAM. Touchscreen is nice, but it's not really a deal breaker either way. The negatives are the rest of the machine, take what you want as the biggest omission. The processor is only 1ghz, which is really slow these days. Desktops computers are pushing 5ghz. There's no removable media, CD/DVD/BR drive, which means you can't listen to your music, watch a movie, or actually install any software not on USB drive. There's also no Ethernet port. Which means it's all WiFi. So if you wanted to stream videos, say, and you have marginal coverage, there's a decent chance there's going to be buffering and stuttering. In the same vein, with no removable media, every software you install is 100% on the hard drive or in the cloud, so you're either losing time waiting for software to transfer over the WiFi, or eating the space in your drive. Speaking of no removable media, there's also no removable battery, but I guess people are use to that with their phones. All in all, this is an over powered tablet, but a very weak computer. 1ghz processor slow these days, lack of CD DVD drive doesn't offer the average user access to their media. The no external battery can cost a lot more later on, making it almost a disposable computer once the battery dies. Also, the lack of Ethernet port holds you hostage to weak WiFi and dead zones. My 81 year old father enjoys the machine, but he's only checking email and web browsing. He's not into streaming or video chat, so I can't speak to that. He did however, ask me to update his GPS, but at a 4 gig WiFi map download, with the laptop next to the router, was still going to take a few hours just accomplish that. If they wanted to make a better product, they should have just made a tablet with removable keyboard. With a price tag of $600, for me, it's lacking too much to be a serious contender to be entry level, and with the attached keyboard, useless as a tablet.

The reviews said that the biggest drawback was the picture and it probably is but when it's hooked up to 2 24" monitors, it doesn't matter. It's super fast for a medium laptop and the price, under $350 was impossible to beat.

Picked this up on black friday on a great deal. Even though it's plastic, the build quality is surprisingly solid and sturdy. The only downside is the display appears to be a TN panel, but it's bright and the colors are good.

I just Received it a few minutes ago, setting up all my software, but I noticed that the touchscreen is not working? Is there any way to enable and disable it?

Purchased this computer as a Christmas present for my son. He started using it right away and loves it! Says this is all he needs for Christmas! He did the research and this one has everything he needs for work and school.
