If you mean the Touchpad is not working, try tapping the HotKey in the F6 position on the keyboard. This toggles the Touchpad on/off. If you mean the touchscreen is not working, here is a link to instructions for turning the touchscreen feature on your laptop on/off: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enable-and-disable-your-touchscreen-in-windows-10-b774e29d-be94-990f-c20f-e02892e572fc.
