So far, so good. Love the touchscreen and much faster than our dell that is only 4 years old. Quick startup and no issues to this point. Couldn't be happier, especially considering what we paid.

Love the computer! It has the power, speed, graphics for a gaming/home computer! Best Buy wanted nothing to do with start-up, took it elsewhere and upgraded memory! Great features, great price!

This is a good laptop. My only complaint is that the battery life is horrible. I am lucky to get 1 hour before it dies. Fortunately, I have been able to use it while it's plugged in. I would NOT recommend it to someone who will need to use it without access to an electrical outlet. Another thing worth mentioning is that the monitor colors are not calibrated well. I am a designer and was hoping to be able to do some editing in photoshop on this, but the colors are so completely off compared to my desktop that I cannot do that. It is great for my other tasks though, so I will give it 4 stars. It would have been 5 if it could hold a charge.

I purchased this Lenovo laptop for my daughter to use in college. She is more than happy with all the features and capacity of it. She loves that it is fast and that it has a touch screen.

Great laptop for the price. You can't get these specs anywhere for this price when on sale. Lightning fast processor. I use this for work and personal and its been fantastic. Personally I love the "muted" screen that some have complained about. Gives my eyes a break from my previous laptop which felt like I was staring into the sun. As for battery life, I have mine wired most of the time so it's a non issue for me. Very happy with this purchase.

This product was purchased for my son to attend school remotely without any hitches and has so far lived up to its expectation. I think that the price is well worth the hardware, that is to say, $450 for a 10th gen i5 with 12 gigs of RAM. I (a high school teacher), have the same model with a 10th gen i7 and 8 gigs so I’m looking forward to seeing how the two compare over time. For the time being, couldt be happier with the product. Should be noted that the screen resolution is 720x1020 or whatever but for our purposes, just fine. The refresher rate is 1.3hz I believe so prob not what a gamer is looking for. Will multi task docs all day long!

One of the best purchases ever, I love the speed and ease of use. I forget to use the touchscreen though it is very handy when i remember and need to use it.

Good laptop for what you pay. Resolution is not great but if you hook this up to a desktop monitor, the display on laptop doesn’t matter. Overall good for daily use

The touch screen is awesome. It's exactly what I wanted. It's very fast and it will be used for work as a very much used computer and I definitely think it's up to the task.

This is my first Lenovo. My Best friend only purchases Lenovo laptops, and encouraged me to order one. I have had this laptop for a little over a month. I absolutely love it. I previously had a Dell laptop. It was extremely slow, I could not activate my Zoom calls to enter meetings. Now, when I select different applications, I am able to access them with no issues. It is wonderful. The only thing I don't like is that I did not order this for Black Friday and missed the Black Friday sale when the laptop was $350.00. I did pay $449.00 plus I got a warranty, but at this point I feel this laptop was worth the price.
