It is so incredibly slow to start up. Super slow when going into apps or on the internet. I have 1 app. ONE! And it takes forever! I wait sometimes 15 minutes after turning it on. Another 15 min to get Google up. And I have high-speed internet. What a WASTE! I wish I could return it. But because I seldom use it, and when I do this happens every time since day 1, it's too late to return. UGH

There is nothing you can not do, has all bells and whistles. To work from home and on the go the computer can do it all, it has a lot of memory and fills are easy to get to, if you need a good computer this is the one to get.

This model ships with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer, before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use.

Arrived 2 days after the first one, in fact, UPS delivered the new one as i was handing them the first one. Laptop works great...just be aware the microsoft updates take FOREVER and slow it to a grinding halt while installing. Otherwise its great!!
