However, in the time I’ve had it, it has done what I needed it to do (access the internet and use Microsoft office). I also like the sleek look of the laptop. The screen is is large and the color is vibrant but it’s not a bulky laptop. After having my old laptop for 5 years, this is certainly a nice upgrade.

Great basic laptop for streaming

This will not work for running big complicated algorithms or hi level gaming but it's perfect for home entertainment.

Great for College Students

Plus it’s fast charging, which is a good thing. It’s better if you plan to use it for school work and stay in Windows 10 S mode. Others might not like it because of limitations when it comes to downloading softwares. It would be better if it had a DVD player. Unfortunately it doesn’t.

Great for Price

It is extremely light, and has a sturdy feel. The solid state drive makes the computer extremely cool to the touch, so you do not have to worry about the heat like you would from normal laptops. I gave it 3 stars for two reasons. The touchpad can get annoying at times as it often has a hard time distinguishing between left and right mouse clicks. It also has a hard time with running more than a few browser windows on Microsoft edge. Both of these problems are solvable. For the touch pad issue, use a mouse. For the speed problem, add some ram (I added 8gb by ordering it online, and following the instructions from another reviewer of this product, it took me 15 minutes with no professional experience, all you need is a tiny screwdriver) Two things I would like to mention: The battery is built into the computer The computer comes in S mode. I hope this information helps.

Posted .With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Please keep in mind, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.
