The battery does not last long. Its has a lot of pop ups. Getting to know the computer is a little crazy.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad 330s-15 laptop ships with a 2CELL 30WH, Lithium Polymer Battery, with a battery life of 7 hours, depending on the work that the work the device is performing. The most likely popup you are receiving is from McAfee virus protection. If you are receiving popups from McAfee, it means the 30-day trial on your computer is expired and your computer is not protected against viruses. You do not need to use McAfee. If you choose to use a different 3rd party virus protection, you can. First uninstall McAfee before you install a different virus protection software. Reasonable quality for the price

The system had froze and when I took it back to GeekSquad I opened it up to show the clerk what it was doing he said to force system to change over to older windows version and it worked.

For such a low price, did not expect 4K or even FHD but could not get used to such an underwhelming display. Also, experienced some freezing although we really had not done anything but visit a few well known websites. We just wanted something to use for homework but this laptop isn’t it. Oh, also did not like Windows S mode as we could not use Chrome. Only way to get Chrome browser is to take out of Windows safe mode. Problem is you can’t switch back should you decide you want it again. Not for us so we returned. Our laptop search continues...

First bought a Chrome Book, exchanged it for a small laptop, too small for my son's liking so I exchanged that one for a HP laptop that fits the bill.All done with no hassle, and Best Buy's staff was polite and easy to work with

Incredibly fast, boots up seamlessly. plenty of hardrive space for moderate needs. By no means something to have if you are a heavy user. Very light, great display. I highly recommend, much better than a Chromebook.

I am very impressed with how fast it is! This thing starts up and is ready to go in under a minute! It is very clean looking, my only wish is that it had a bigger screen. But for the price, you can’t go wrong!

Runs smooth with his work and the gaming he does. He has no problems connecting to internet at school or at home. The color is very masculine. The keyboard took a little time to get use.

But in this case, if your budget is extremely low or your needs extremely simple... I think this guy is a winner. If budget isn’t so tight and your needs are basic. Splurge for a Surface Laptop.

I did have to hookup a 3rd party mouse as the trackpad/mouse is a little tricky to click and be precise. Otherwise, it's a nice little workhorse.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
