We have to use chrome or Firefox in order to access our live seminars with the professor but with windows 10 you are unable to access either unless you take it off of S mode which protects your laptop from hackers and malware. With this precaution I have been unable to attend my classes so I am not too happy with this product.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad 330s-15 laptop ships with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System for additional security. Only APPs available through (and therefore certified by Microsoft) the Microsoft Store can be installed with Windows 10 S-Mode. If you do not need the additional security or you need to install programs not available through the Microsoft Store, you can easily switch to Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System. To maintain virus protection security, you can either turn on Windows defender for free, or install your choice of a purchased 3rd party virus protection software.
