Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad 330s-15 laptop ships with a 2CELL 30WH, Lithium Polymer Battery, with a battery life of up to 7 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. Windows 10 should not freeze. Incompatible software installed on the computer can drain the battery quicker. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

The price was decent and I have had Lenovo laptops in the past and they worked fine. I would not recommend this laptop especially if you are using this for school. It looks nice, light weight but poor quality and super slow.

The screen goes black and struggles to turn on. Sent it in to Lenovo for repairs and they found nothing wrong and said it can only be powered on when plugged in. That defeats the point of it being portable. Plugged in or not the screen still goes black.

It’s dead in 2 days due to the motherboard and replaced with a new one. I lost all my crucial documents of business. By today, Just 2 months past and it happened again. Lost all data over again. Can’t turn on. No charger led. I didn't even change the position of the laptop for 2 months. It's on the desk. I read a lot of entries about the same problem on the forum. It's evident that has a chronic problem with the motherboard and still on deal. I don’t accept to take the risk for the future. I will not accept the delivery after replacement. This is not that easy to say sorry. Unfortunately, feeling that cheated on my purchase.

I was help take out of safety mode but had never heard of such of thing. Also advised to buy antivirus and already had.
