When I went to return I was told it would increase the amount of the purchase or basically it could not be returned. So now I am stuck with a subscription not needed. Never again.

To maximize screen brightness, be sure auto-brightness is turned off. Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so far good - don't use it much - just check email and word - had to spend a lot of time with geek squad to get the word to work (not happy with that time - too long) - don't like laptops - use my 27 inch monitor and old keyboard instead, but that works here at home. Laptops picture and print are too small for my eyes and as a pianist, can't use the keyboard without palms hitting the mouse pad - so had to use just one finger at a time when I actually had to use it. do like that when I sign in everything comes up quickly.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad 330s-15 laptop ships with a 2CELL 30WH, Lithium Polymer Battery, with a battery life of up to 7 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate than normal. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. Great Laptop for college if needed

It’s really good but it’s kind of bulky is the only problem. Also, it has a safe browser and if you want to download any apps that aren’t Microsoft it makes you get out of the mode and it says you maybe open to viruses and things so i haven’t gotten out of it to be on the safe side but what’s you get out of the safe mode then you can’t go back to it. But overall it’s a great laptop!
