    excellent price for quality PC (purchased floor stock PC as is). PC functional but someone I assumed connected to store had used the computer and created a owner security profile. Had to return unit to Geek Squad in store who reloaded windows home 11 replaced windows 11 S. Received courteous and prompt service so still will continue to purchase from Best Buy in future.

    This Laptop is great! I bought this for my son for school and it is great, fast and was afordable. He has one similar to this one when he was in middle school and it was time to upgrade him and ai got him the newer veraion Lenovo and We love it!!

    I needed a laptop to cover a variety of regular tasks. It is highly responsive for what I need. I do not game or have not tried playing games on this laptop so cannot speak to that capability, however I write and will be working on podcasts along with use of Microsoft office products and it works well. Very good laptop for the price.
